All products sold on www.khoork.com are made-to-order and printed individually for each customer. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Color/style dissatisfaction
- Late delivery by courier partner
- Unwanted gifts or duplicate orders
All sales are final. No exceptions will be made.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products (Limited Exception
In the rare event you receive a product that is:
- Visibly damaged in transit
- Has a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn or misprinted)
- Is not the item you ordered (wrong size, design, or color)

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A description of the defect or error
We will assess the case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All our products, including apparel and accessories, are custom-printed and made-to-order. As per industry standards and hygiene considerations, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
